利用規約

第1条（適用）Article 1 (Application)

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関わるすべてのお客様と当社との間に適用されます。お客様は本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。These Terms apply between the Company and all customers using the Service. By using the Service, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

第2条（利用登録）Article 2 (Registration)

第4条（免責事項）Article 4 (Disclaimers)

当社は、本サービスに関してお客様に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。また、当社は本サービスが中断・停止しないことを保証しません。Except in cases of the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company bears no responsibility for damages incurred by customers. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

第5条（サービス内容の変更）Article 5 (Changes to the Service)

当社は、お客様への事前通知なくして本サービスの内容を変更または中止することができます。The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice. The Company bears no responsibility for any resulting damages.

第6条（知的財産権）Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

第9条（準拠法・管轄）Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本規約の解釈には日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関する一切の紛争については、神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court as the court of first instance.
