1. 基本方針1. Basic Policy

当社は、情報セキュリティを経営上の重要課題と位置づけ、情報資産の機密性・完全性・可用性を確保するために必要な対策を講じます。代表取締役が情報セキュリティの最高責任者として全社的な取り組みを主導します。The Company positions information security as a critical management issue and implements measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. The CEO leads company-wide efforts as the highest authority responsible for information security.

2. 適用範囲2. Scope

本方針は、当社の全役員・従業員（契約社員・業務委託を含む）、および当社のシステム・サービスにアクセスするすべての関係者に適用します。This Policy applies to all officers and employees of the Company (including contract staff and outsourced personnel), and all parties who access the Company’s systems and services.

3. 情報セキュリティへの取り組み3. Information Security Initiatives

• 情報資産の管理：お客様情報・個人情報・業務情報を適切に分類・管理し、不正アクセス・漏洩・改ざん・破壊から保護します。Information Asset Management: Appropriately classifies and manages customer information, personal information, and business information, protecting it from unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, and destruction.
• アクセス制御：業務上必要な範囲に限定したアクセス権限の付与と、多要素認証による本人確認を徹底します。Access Control: Grants access rights limited to the scope necessary for business, and enforces identity verification through multi-factor authentication.
• クラウドセキュリティ：クラウドサービスの利用にあたり、各サービスのセキュリティ設定を適切に管理し、データの暗号化とバックアップを実施します。Cloud Security: Appropriately manages the security settings of each cloud service used, and implements data encryption and backups.
• インシデント対応：情報セキュリティ上の問題が発生した場合、速やかに対応・復旧し、再発防止策を講じます。Incident Response: Promptly responds to and recovers from information security incidents, and implements measures to prevent recurrence.
• 教育・啓発：全従業員に対して情報セキュリティに関する教育・訓練を定期的に実施します（2ヶ月に1回）。Education & Awareness: Conducts regular information security education and training for all employees (once every two months).
• 委託先管理：業務を委託する際は、委託先のセキュリティ水準を確認し、適切な契約上の措置を講じます。Vendor Management: When outsourcing operations, verifies the security level of vendors and implements appropriate contractual measures.

4. 法令・規範の遵守4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）をはじめとする関連法令、国が定めるガイドライン、および当社が契約上負うセキュリティ義務を遵守します。The Company complies with related laws including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, government guidelines, and security obligations undertaken under its contracts.

5. 継続的改善5. Continuous Improvement

情報セキュリティへの取り組みを定期的に見直し、技術の進歩・脅威の変化・事業環境の変化に応じて本方針および関連する規程・対策を継続的に改善します。The Company regularly reviews its information security initiatives and continuously improves this Policy and related regulations and measures in response to technological advances, evolving threats, and changes in the business environment.

6. SECURITY ACTIONへの取り組み6. Commitment to SECURITY ACTION

当社は、独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）が推進する「SECURITY ACTION」制度において、「情報セキュリティ基本方針」の策定・公開および「情報セキュリティ対策の推進（5分野25項目）」の実施について、二つ星の自己宣言を行っています。The Company has made a two-star self-declaration under the “SECURITY ACTION” program promoted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), Japan, regarding the establishment and publication of an “Information Security Basic Policy” and the implementation of “Information Security Measures (5 areas, 25 items)”.
