表面の症状ではなく、根の問いを見る。「なぜそれが起きているのか」を、何度でも問い直す。Look past symptoms to root questions. Ask "why is this happening?" — again, and again.

利用者・職員・取引先・仲間。関わるすべての人に、「ここでよかった」と思ってもらう接し方を。Residents, staff, partners, colleagues. Treat every person we meet so they leave thinking, "I'm glad I came here."
論理Logic
Logic over emotion.
気合や情緒ではなく、論理と数字で判断する。感情に逃げないから、決断は速く、ぶれない。Decide by logic and numbers — not gut or sentiment. By not retreating into emotion, our decisions stay fast and firm.

個別の事象に振り回されない。構造を変える。一度設計すれば、効果は連鎖し、定着する。Don't get swept by individual incidents. Change the structure. Designed once, effects chain and take root.
